I was born and raised in Barbados, taking to the skies when I was barely out of my teens. Along the way of living in way too many countries, I scraped together a medical career and a family life. The suitcases, book shelves and e-readers always revealed the same theme, however - I was a passionate reader without rhyme nor reason: Toni Morrison, Stephen King, Agatha Christie, Erick Jerome Dickey, Carl Hiaasen, contemporary and historical romances, poetry, and more. In short--I ain't picky. I'll read it once the writer is darn good.
Now I strive to be just as good.  I write about messed-up folk, love, sex, passion, twists, tension, and always with plenty of humor. And some of that "nutso" draws from my own wayward experiences.
Debut, The Nude, was listed among Kirkus Best of 2012 and featured on USA Today.com.
Nathaniel Myer was awarded a coveted "IndieReader Approved" rating, one of its October 2014 picks. Readers are giving robust reviews, too - and ah, they matter the most.

So dive into one (or all) of my stories, then share your feedback. How? Well, if you're not my next door neighbor, you can do it on Facebook, Goodreads, Twitter, and Pinterest. Or right here.
